Blue Topia is a semi-federal world created in 2012 when the world is still finite. The Core Part: Blue City part of the world is actually the border of the finite map. While other part of the world are land made avilable after the infinite world expansion.

Blue City, also called Lapis Regions is the Core of the map, as it outlines the original map borders. It holds some of the most historical buildings in the world. The districts it includes are as followed:

Outer Sea is the newly developed parts of the map. While it may not be as historic as the City, the modern suburbia is a welcomed breather against the hustle and bustle of the City. the districts it includes are as followed:
